Job summary

T-Systems Nordic is seeking an experienced Lead Solutions Architect - Cloud to own end-to-end solution design for complex national and international opportunities. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape strategies across cloud, IT operations and outsourcing, and partner with Sales, Bid Management and Delivery to ensure technically and commercially viable propositions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Solution Design, Technical Presales or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Experience designing and shaping complex enterprise IT, Cloud, managed-services or outsourcing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including private and public cloud.
• Good understanding of IT architecture and the challenges of operating complex enterprise technology environments.
• Experience bringing together and leading multidisciplinary solution teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess technical, delivery and financial risks.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex solutions to technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience working with customers and colleagues in an international environment.

• Own the end-to-end customer solution, balancing technology, cost, risk and delivery capability.
• Shape solution strategies for complex Cloud, IT operations and outsourcing opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary solution teams across T-Systems and partners.
• Partner with Sales, Bid Management and Delivery to develop competitive propositions.
• Work directly with customers, leading solution workshops, presentations and due diligence.
• Provide technical and commercial insight, identifying potential risks.
• Influence senior decision-makers with clear recommendations and trade-offs.
