We are looking for a motivated Junior Asset Manager to join our Copenhagen team, focusing on asset management strategy, lease management, and coordinating with external property managers.

You will work with a diverse portfolio, drive value through market insights, financial analyses, and tenant relations, and collaborate with development and finance

Qualifications

• An understanding of real estate.
• Head for numbers; assist senior asset managers in valuations.
• Fluent communication in Danish and English.

• Strong data skills: able to digitalize and track data with analytical, financial, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Asset Manager to join our team in Copenhagen . As a Junior Asset Manager, you’ll join an existing team of Asset Managers who together will cover a diverse portfolio. You’ll be responsible for asset management strategy and lease management and steering the external property management. You’ll drive the management of our asset portfolio while making great connections and building our local and national relationships. What you’ll do

• Negotiate and approve commercial terms for lease agreements. You will also negotiate rent adjustments and lease renewals for properties in your portfolio.
• Provide insights through local market knowledge.
• Perform financial analyses and assist in preparing property budgets and reports.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to create added value in our portfolio.
• Manage all leasing, renewals, and tenant reviews with inyour portfolio.
• Oversee refurbishments, renovations, and extensions included in the business plan. You will work together with the development and finance teams to monitor and control these as part of the business plan.
• Be in direct contact with tenants to understand their needs.
• Build a strong network of regional and national consultants and colleagues. You will collaborate with auditors, external property managers, and lawyers.
