Terma Group seeks a Data Scientist in AI & Advanced Analytics to develop AI capabilities for defense operations. You will build models from real-world data, own AI modeling for key projects, and ensure secure, high-quality AI solutions meeting strict standards.

You will collaborate with end users and engineers to translate operational needs into effective AI systems, applying deep learning, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, and Docker in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data science with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions and a strong background in AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Developing and training cutting-edge Machine learning models using complex real-world and simulated data
• Taking ownership of data pipelines, AI modeling, and algorithm development for high-impact projects
• Ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable AI solutions that meet military-grade standards
• Evaluating model performance and driving continuous improvements in accuracy, robustness, and generalization
• Collaborating closely with end users to understand operational needs and translate them into effective AI solutions
• Working with peers across engineering, domain experts, and customers to deliver mission-critical capabilities
