Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart, sustainable building technologies, seeks a Datacenter Project Manager based in the Copenhagen area. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects, maintain detailed schedules and budgets, manage project P&L, and ensure safety and quality compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction/building services.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Understanding of contracts, safety legislation, and project controls.
• Financial acumen with experience managing project P&L and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Based primarily in the Copenhagen area with regular onsite presence.
• Prefer: BMS knowledge or experience (JCI Metasys, Easy IO, Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens, Schneider).
• Danish driving license.
• Background delivering projects in regulated environments (healthcare, government).
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

• Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and external clients.

Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple job sites. Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and external clients.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
