Job summary

Arkitema seeks a Lead Architectural Project Manager to guide data centre projects from concept to implementation. You will align client requirements with technical disciplines, directing cross-functional teams to deliver value across all phases, from design to handover.

You will lead large, international teams, manage budgets, and ensure clear communication with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a focus on sustainable and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Educational background in project management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Experience with engineering consultancy, technical advisory or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience from datacentre projects or large mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary project teams.
• Professional proficiency in English – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design delivery for data centre projects.
• Ensure coordinated delivery across a large multidisciplinary project team, including discipline leads and international engineering teams.
• Set clear direction, create clarity, and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Oversee project financials, reporting to steering committees, and proactive risk management.
