Job summary

Ascendis Pharma A/S is seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join the Data Privacy team at our Denmark headquarters. You will gain hands-on experience in data privacy within an international biopharma environment, supporting and strengthening our privacy program while collaborating with cross-functional, global teams.

Reporting to the Senior Director Data Privacy in Hellerup, you will help maintain records of processing, LIAs, TIAs, and other privacy tasks, while balancing multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor student or 1st-year master in law or business administration or another relevant field
• Structured approach to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Fluent in English with strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support various data privacy projects and keep records of processing, LIAs and risk assessments up to date
• Map dataflows and prepare Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
• Streamline processes in the Data Privacy team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Assist the Data Privacy team with ad-hoc tasks
