Job summary

Danske Commodities is looking for a Data Management Lead to shape the organisation's data strategy from policy to practice. You will translate business needs into clear direction, define ownership, and drive practical adoption across product teams and stakeholders.

You will join the Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance team, working across the organisation to build capabilities and reduce data waste, with a pragmatic, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping and implementing data management, governance, or strategy in a complex organisation.
• Ability to design operating models, decision rights, ownership and governance frameworks.
• Proven track record engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the data management approach with stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into focused initiatives that build capability and value.
• Define ownership, stewardship, and escalation paths for data in a product-oriented setup.
