You will lead research at the intersection of thermodynamics, heat transfer and data-driven methods, with international collaborations and teaching duties.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Strong record of scientific excellence with publications and conference activity.
  • Experience in teaching and supervision.
  • Ability to work across disciplines and collaborate internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead international-relevant research in applied thermodynamics and data-driven methods.
  • Contribute to external funding and collaborative projects with academia and industry.
  • Engage with industry and public sector to broaden collaborations.
  • Contribute to research infrastructure and validation of methods.
  • Participate in teaching and supervision across courses.
