Job summary

DTU Construct (DTU Civil and Mechanical Engineering) invites applications for a Tenure Track Researcher in Thermal Energy Systems. You will contribute to research on thermo-mechanical and thermochemical energy systems, publish in top journals, and attract funding from national and EU sources.

The role includes teaching and supervising BSc, MSc, and PhD projects, developing courses, and strengthening the Thermal Energy section. Proficiency in English or Danish is required.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in dynamic modelling and optimization of energy systems.
• Strong publication record in related areas.
• Ability to secure funding from national and EU platforms.
• Fluency in English (Danish also beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Publish impactful work in leading journals and conferences.
• Contribute to securing funding for your research area from Denmark and EU.
• Teach, supervise BSc, MSc, and PhD projects, and postdoctoral researchers.
