Job summary

ROA Talent seeks an experienced EHS Advisor to join a leading international company delivering a major data centre project in Copenhagen. This is a site-based leadership role focused on driving a strong safety culture, ensuring legislative compliance, and supporting safe project delivery from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include leading all EHS activities on site, managing subcontractor EHS performance, and driving continuous improvement through audits, RAMS reviews, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ EHS experience within construction.
• Experience on large technical builds (data centres, hospitals, industrial plants, warehouses, or similar).
• Contractor-side background strongly preferred.
• Fluent English required; French advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with project, client, and legislative requirements.
• Carry out inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Review RAMS and monitor high‑risk activities.
• Manage subcontractor EHS performance and lead toolbox talks.
• Report on safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
