Job summary

Schneider Electric Sverige AB in the Nordic region is seeking a Data Center System Design Engineer to shape robust data center infrastructure designs, focusing on low-voltage distribution and cooling for AI workloads.

You will collaborate with Sales, Tender Managers, and LOB experts across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, travel regionally, and help deliver future-ready, standards-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with data center projects or services, especially electrical and mechanical design.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one Nordic language: Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish.
• Ability to influence technical decisions in customer discussions and to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design data center infrastructure with focus on low-voltage electrical distribution and cooling systems.
• Influence technical decisions and guide customers towards Schneider Electric technologies.
• Provide end-to-end technical support through design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tendering, and LOB to develop cost-effective, compliant proposals.
• Ensure alignment with Schneider Electric standards across local and multi-country offerings.
