Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Program Manager for its Data Center Operations in Denmark. You will lead cross-functional projects, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate with partners across offices and time zones.

The Data Center team designs and operates advanced electrical and HVAC systems, driving efficient, scalable data-center operations. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by coordinating with Data Center Ops teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with facility management to develop and maintain schedules and resource leveling using CMMS.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, BOMs, and PM schedules.
• Lead CMMS and work-management process rollout at the site level for daily operations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Preferred qualifications:

• Possession of a Bachelor's in Arts /Science/ Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in critical facilities management or operations management, encompassing facility, operations, technical, and team leadership.
• Demonstrated experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager or Chief Engineer within a critical facility.
• Proven electrical or mechanical experience is necessary.

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling of resources needed to perform maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
• Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.
