Job summary

Google LLC in Fredericia, Denmark, is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with stakeholders across offices and time zones, ensuring timelines, risks, and progress are communicated clearly to cross-functional partners.

The Data Center team designs and operates critical electrical and HVAC systems, with compensation including a Danish salary range plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling of resources needed to perform maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
• Manage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.
