About the job

As an Operations Technician, you'll install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components) and server software (like Google's Linux cluster). Denmark: kr.700000 - kr.715000 (DKK) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of Google Cloud region (e.g., cloud data center) infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues regarding affected equipment.
• Help test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs. Configure and troubleshoot operating system (OS) related issues on the server.
• Resolve technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process) using different tools until final resolution, communicating with different stakeholders.
• Work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
