Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Facilities Operator to join a shift-based operations team responsible for maintaining and operating critical data center infrastructure. You will support planned maintenance and real-time activities with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and shift logs.
• Support safe scheduling and quality execution of maintenance activities.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Promote collaboration, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

About The Role

As a Data Center Facilities Operator, you’ll help maintain and operate the critical infrastructure that keeps our state-of-the-art data center running safely and efficiently. Working as part of a shift-based operations team, you’ll support both planned maintenance and real-time operational activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer service.
