Kamstrup, based near Aarhus in Denmark, seeks a motivated Intern in Data Science to work hands-on with meter data and related software. You will contribute to insights for utilities and the green transition, tackling time series data and ML-inspired approaches.

You will join a team of 9 and benefit from development opportunities, mentoring, and an internship program recognized with awards. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in physics, engineering, data science, or related analytical field.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Interest in data analysis, physical modelling, and potentially ML-based approaches.
• Analytical mindset to identify innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Work with geographical, topological, voltage, and energy time series data from meters.
• Apply physical modelling and data analysis, and potentially ML methods to real data.
• Explore how meter data can improve understanding of grid opportunities and challenges.
• Drive your own defined project with continuous sparring and feedback from colleagues.
