Job summary

Kamstrup, Denmark-based, seeks a Data Analyst Intern to help Customer Services turn data into actionable insights using Power BI, ServiceNow and Claude AI to guide business decisions.

You will identify improvement opportunities, track costs and income streams, develop dashboards and KPIs, and explore AI opportunities within a collaborative team across Product Management, Sales, Software Development and Digitalization.

Qualifications

Here is what your role entails
As our new Data Analyst Intern, your responsibility will be to help Customer Services transform data into insights that support business decisions and continuous improvements.

More specifically, you will be:

• Identifying improvement opportunities
• Tracking costs and income streams
• Developing dashboards and tracking KPIs
• Exploring data-driven and AI opportunities

This internship offers the opportunity to work with real business challenges, where your insights create impact. You will gain hands-on experience with technologies and platforms such as Power BI, ServiceNow and Claude AI while helping shape a newly established area with plenty of room for learning and development. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to influence your focus areas throughout the internship based on your interests and development goals.

Meet your future team
With direct reference to Head of Service Development - Heat/Cooling Customer Services, you will become part of a newly established team in Customer Services focused on service development, business processes, and data analysis. Together our mission is to enable Customer Services to continuously improve how we deliver, support, and develop services. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work, and you can expect close interaction with colleagues from Customer Services as well as Product Management, Sales, Software Development and Digitalization. As a team, we value knowledge sharing, professional sparring, and a strong desire to continuously improve the way we work.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Have strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with quantitative data
• Have an interest in working with AI and tools such as Power BI or similar visualization tools

As we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
