Job summary

Novonesis in Denmark seeks a part-time Student Assistant in Data and AI Enablement to support and grow our internal data platform and AI community while you study. You will work with experienced analysts, help plan events, publish news on Viva Engage, and maintain self-service content on SharePoint, plus assist in no-code AI agents development and general enablement activities.

The role balances study commitments with hands-on learning in a global organization.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data analytics, and AI concepts.
  • Strong interest in AI tools, AI agents, and data visualization.
  • Experience with Power BI to create data visualizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with stakeholders across the organization.

Role & your impact

As our new Student Assistant in Data and AI Enablement, you will play an active role in supporting and further developing our internal data platform and AI community. Working alongside experienced Data and AI Analysts, you will help drive data and AI enablement across the organization, ensuring users have the tools, support, and knowledge they need to succeed. As you grow in the role, you will take ownership of your own responsibilities and initiatives, making a visible impact on how data and AI are adopted and utilized across the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Help plan, coordinate, and deliver community events, learning sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Create and publish news, updates, and content on internal communication platforms, including Viva Engage.
  • Support the continuous development of our internal SharePoint site by creating and maintaining self-service content, best practices, guidelines, and learning materials.
  • Support the design and development of no-code and low-code AI agents, including gathering feedback, documenting best practices, and helping colleagues adopt and use new solutions.
  • Contribute to ad hoc data and AI enablement activities in collaboration with specialists across the team.
  • Support the daily monitoring and maintenance of our internal data platform.
What you need to be successful
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Digital Innovation, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data analytics, and AI concepts.
  • Strong interest in AI tools, AI agents, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with Power BI and creating data visualizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity for AI and emerging technologies.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
Additional skills & interests we value
  • Experience with KNIME, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar tools.

Working conditions

Part‑time student position with an expected workload of 8-16 hours per week. Flexible planning of working hours based on your study schedule and exam periods. Primary workplace located in Hørsholm, with flexibility to work from our Valby location in alignment with the team. Regular on‑site presence is expected at our office locations.
