Job summary

itm8 is building a modern data platform and seeks a pragmatic Data Adoption Lead to connect data assets with business decisions across teams. You will drive rollout, governance and value realisation, ensuring data is trusted and usable.

You will run workshops, training, and establish communities to foster self-service analytics and citizen developers, shaping how data informs decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and analytics enablement.
• Strong stakeholder management and training skills.
• Ability to translate governance topics into practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and enablement of the new data platform and related data products.
• Identify barriers to usage and turn them into clear actions, communication and training.
• Drive governance work on ownership, stewardship, standards, decision structures and data quality.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations on KPI definitions, trusted data and value realisation.
• Build communities of practice and citizen developer initiatives that strengthen self-service use of data.
