Job summary

itm8 Danmark is seeking a pragmatic Data Adoption Lead to turn our modern data platform into real business value by aligning data with people, processes and decisions across functions and countries.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape governance, enable data-driven decisions through training, KPI definitions and citizen developer initiatives, and foster broad stakeholder engagement across teams.

At itm8, we are investing in a modern data platform and strengthening our Data & Insights team. Now we are looking for a pragmatic and people-focused Data Adoption Lead who can help turn that investment into better decisions, stronger ownership and measurable business value.

Your Role

You will help itm8 turn data into everyday business value by connecting our new data platform with the people, processes and decisions it needs to support.

• Lead rollout and enablement of the new data platform and related data products.
• Identify barriers to usage and turn them into clear actions, communication and training.
• Drive governance work on ownership, stewardship, standards, decision structures and data quality.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations on KPI definitions, trusted data and value realisation.
• Build communities of practice and citizen developer initiatives that strengthen self-service use of data.

We Are Looking For a Teamm8 Who

Is independent, proactive and comfortable taking ownership in an area that is still being shaped.

• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can move easily between senior leadership discussions, workshops, training and concrete follow-up.
• You are pragmatic and persistent, and know how to create progress even when ownership, priorities or decisions are not yet fully clear.
• You can translate technical and governance topics into simple business language, practical examples and clear next steps.
• Professional English skills. Danish is useful, but not required.

What You Bring

• Experience from data governance, analytics enablement, change management, digital transformation, business consulting or similar.
• A solid understanding of data governance, data quality, analytics concepts and modern data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and training skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI is an advantage, but your main strength is enabling people and turning data into business value.
• Professional English skills. Danish is useful, but not required.
