Job summary

itm8 Denmark is seeking a proactive data governance and analytics enablement professional to lead the rollout of a new data platform and related data products. You will identify barriers, drive governance structures and run workshops with stakeholders to align KPI definitions and trusted data across the organization.

You will build communities of practice and citizen developer initiatives, empowering teams to realize measurable business value from data.

Qualifications

Experience in data governance, analytics enablement, change management or digital transformation.
Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, analytics concepts and modern data platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

Lead rollout and enablement of the new data platform and related data products.
Identify barriers to usage and turn them into clear actions, communication and training.
Drive governance work on ownership, stewardship, standards, decision structures and data quality.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder conversations on KPI definitions, trusted data and value realisation.
Build communities of practice and citizen developer initiatives that strengthen self-service use of data.
