Job summary

itm8 is seeking an experienced architect to shape our enterprise data, analytics, and AI landscape. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong business understanding to drive pragmatic solutions that deliver measurable value across the organization.

In this role you will lead the data平台, enable AI initiatives, govern GenAI and hyper-automation projects, and guide teams from concept to implementation while aligning with business stakeholders and software delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or enterprise architecture
• Proven experience defining technology strategy and target architectures
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and AI technologies
• Experience translating business needs into pragmatic technical solutions
• Hands-on experience working closely with development teams and software delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills from technical specialists to senior executives
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for our enterprise data and analytics landscape
• Design scalable architectures across data ingestion, storage, processing, semantic layers, and data products
• Enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and self-service capabilities across the organization
• Lead key data and analytics initiatives from architecture to implementation
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and citizen developers
