WW Talents in Greece is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support customers across international projects. The role is fully remote within Greece, with Monday–Friday work and occasional weekends depending on the project.

You will provide customer support by phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns, and maintain CRM records. Requires Danish at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, plus strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Danish level at C1/C2.
• English level at B2–C1, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
