Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent in Athens, Greece. You will assist content creators and partners via chat and email, handle account settings, troubleshooting, and monetization inquiries, while delivering exceptional service.

Role is a chat-and-email only position with relocation support. Strong Danish and English skills are essential, along with multitasking in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Danish language proficiency or near-native level is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Excellent written communication skills are essential.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required.
• Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via chat and email.
• Assist customers with account settings, content management, and technical troubleshooting.
• Handle monetization inquiries and partner program questions.
• Manage 20–25 customer cases per day with high-quality service.
• Document customer interactions accurately and clearly.
• Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.
