Next Job Abroad seeks a Danish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to join a top-tier iGaming operator in Malta. You’ll monitor player behavior, perform welfare checks, and ensure compliance with Danish regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on responsible gaming, regulatory integrity, and high-risk case handling, with relocation to Malta and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven iGaming experience focused on Responsible Gaming or risk management.
• Analytical with empathy in player interactions.
• Native Danish or C2 level with fluent English.
• Familiar with Danish gambling regulations and self-exclusion tools (ROFUS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior and identify early signs of problem gambling.
• Conduct welfare checks and advise limits or self-exclusion via live chat, email, or phone.
• Ensure interactions comply with Danish Spillemyndigheden regulations and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Support, VIP, Fraud, and Legal teams on high-risk cases.
