Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to join a Malta-based iGaming operator. You will monitor player behavior, ensure regulatory compliance, and support Responsible Gaming initiatives while coordinating with support, fraud and legal teams.

The role includes relocation to Malta with flights covered, 2 weeks of accommodation, a competitive base salary plus bonus, private health insurance, and an engaging Mediterranean work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in iGaming, especially Responsible Gaming or risk roles.
• Analytical and empathetic approach to player interactions.
• Native or high-level Danish with fluent English.
• Familiarity with Danish gambling market rules and self-exclusion tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior for signs of problem gambling and regulatory risk.
• Perform welfare checks and advise on limits or self-exclusion when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with Danish regulations and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud and Legal teams on high-risk cases.
