Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks a Danish-speaking Safer Gambling Analyst to join a top-tier iGaming operator in Malta. You will monitor player behavior, perform welfare checks, and ensure compliance with Danish Spillemyndigheden. You’ll collaborate with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud and Legal teams on high-risk cases.

Qualifications

• Proven iGaming experience in Responsible Gaming / Safer Gambling.
• Strong RG handling in senior support or risk roles.
• Native Danish (or C2) with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor player behavior for risk signals and welfare checks.
• Engage with players via live chat, email or phone to offer limits or self-exclusions.
• Ensure compliance with Danish Spillemyndigheden regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, VIP, Fraud and Legal teams on high-risk cases.
