Qualifications

• C2 Danish & C1 English in daily work.
• 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagement.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows (experience a plus).
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus — experience counts too.

Responsibilities

• Act as onboarding trusted advisor for new clients and launch campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth, and upselling of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand customer goals and design results-driven strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients via outbound calls and consultative selling.
• Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.
