Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to relocate to Barcelona. You will onboard clients, launch PPC campaigns, and drive adoption of Google Ads solutions while managing a Nordic-focused portfolio.

Relocation support to Barcelona is provided. The role offers a base salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,500 EUR bonus, private health insurance, and ongoing training with Google certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or client-facing roles.
• Strong Danish language skills and good English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and launch high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Drive adoption, growth and upsell of Google Ads solutions.
• Understand client goals and design results-driven strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls.
• Analyze performance, reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities.
