• You type ~25+ wpm with high accuracy.
• Full paid training provided to reach 3-skill mastery.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with connected mobility and Mercedes me app features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and guidance.
• Handle VIP inquiries like appointments and warranty questions.
