Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a fluent Danish-speaking Customer & Technical Advisor to support Miele in Greece. Relocation package and competitive local salary offered, plus comprehensive training and clear career growth paths.

You will handle frontline care and remote diagnostics, guiding customers through setup and fixes, and coordinate with on-site engineers when needed. The role combines customer care with technical support across two dynamic tracks.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C1) with solid English (B2) for training and team communication.
• Good general PC skills and ability to navigate multiple tools.
• High energy, empathy and resilience during high-volume periods.
• Relocation readiness to live and work in Greece with EU eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, chats and emails from customers of premium appliances.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and guide customers through fixes.
• Coordinate with field engineers to arrange on-site service when needed.
• Cross-skill across customer care and technical support within the first month.
