Job summary

Terma Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Denmark to drive cybersecurity accreditation and compliance initiatives across defense and security frameworks. You will bridge technical teams, cybersecurity specialists, customers, and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and with stringent security requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated Project Management experience in IT/cyber/security contexts in Denmark.
• Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with security governance workflows and POA&M management.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall or hybrid project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and schedules to meet accreditation milestones.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, cybersecurity specialists, and customers.
• Manage security documentation and artifacts for formal evaluation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks impacting ATO or security approvals.
• Provide regular progress reports and governance dashboards to leadership.
