• Leading, coaching, and developing a geographically distributed team of seven data engineering specialists.
• Building a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative team culture.
• Driving close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring that data products create tangible value and are adopted in the business.
• Taking clear ownership of data products and key deliveries, ensuring quality, transparency, and accountability.
• Strengthening delivery reliability, prioritization, and execution capabilities.
• Continuing the development of a product-oriented way of working, including roadmaps, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
• Ensuring high-quality data products through strong governance, documentation, and clear ownership.
• Contributing to the broader data platform and data product strategy in collaboration with platform teams.
• Ensuring that the team's deliveries meet relevant governance and compliance requirements.
