Job description

The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in Ballerup supporting our organizational goal to provide reliable service in the industry. We are looking for a Customer Care Order Processor for Headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders ensuring the accuracy of the order and fulfilling the order in a timely and efficient manner.

The team you will be part of

You will be part of the Customer Care team in our Headquarter, Denmark and your direct report will be Customer Care Manager in Denmark.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Be responsible for entering customer orders into our main ordering system, Navision ERP ensuring all information is correct and up to date. Customer cases are handled in our Salesforce CRM system
• Assist with handling phone calls from Danish customers
• Handle return and repairs and process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations and monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process
• Basic invoicing tasks such as creating credit/rebills and assisting customers with queries related to invoicing and escalating queries to the correct teams when needed
• Collaborate with various departments including sales and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery as well as with the NOR, BLX and UK teams
• Maintain product and systems knowledge to support customers
