Job summary

ArticulateIT is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and design complex integrations, with emphasis on Salesforce connections and data modeling. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, while aligning with client objectives and leading the technical team through the full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with sales during pre-sales, create end-to-end solution plans, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and designing integrations using REST/SOAP/Batch/Websockets with Salesforce.
• Strong data modeling concepts enabling scalable data structures.
• Proficiency with Git and version control throughout the lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with tools for documenting complex solution designs.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate technical topics to varied audiences to enable collaboration.
• Align technical implementation with business goals and objectives.
• Bridge business stakeholders and development teams for clear expectations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support sales during pre-sales with technical guidance.
• Develop end-to-end solution plans across requirements, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Lead the technical team as project lead and address technical aspects throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project manager to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks early.
• Create high-level data flow/integration diagrams showing architecture and data movements.
• Participate in workshops with consultants and stakeholders offering recommendations.
