Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to plan work, assess requirements, resolve issues.
• Create design documents to specify solutions and capture insights from customer interactions.
• Configure software solutions based on designs and CPQ best practices.
• Assist leadership in managing project processes within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Create demo environments and provide user training on software capabilities.
• Work with domain experts to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Deliver tailored software solutions and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
• Support customers through milestones like kickoff, configuration verification, and acceptance testing.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve the organization and team development.
