Cadeler is seeking a Crewing Logistics Coordinator to efficiently allocate vessel crews and support offshore colleagues, ensuring staffing and travel logistics.

You will handle rotas, bookings, inductions, recruitment campaigns, data entry and audits, in a high‑pressure environment with a focus on accuracy. Cadeler is headquartered in Copenhagen with offices worldwide, offering development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in the crew coordination space.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills in English and Danish (written and spoken)
• Organised, structured and able to handle multiple priorities
• Prior knowledge of Compas or Omega is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the scheduling of vessel crews via electronic rotas so personnel are allocated effectively.
• Arrange bookings for flights, rail tickets, hire cars and hotels for crew changes and training.
• Assist HR with induction and initial documentation for offshore crew.
• Support recruitment campaigns to source personnel for offshore crewing needs.
• Advise and support project managers' resourcing needs.
• Input data into the HR database and create reports for the HR/Crewing Manager.
• Maintain databases including personnel files and offshore crew certification.
• Assist in internal and external audits when required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define crew change requirements and crewing levels.
