Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef for a high-end bakery in Roskilde, Denmark. You will create and decorate a range of pastries, manage inventory, and maintain food safety standards while contributing to menu development.

The ideal candidate has professional kitchen experience, strong time-management, and the ability to work under pressure. English fluency preferred; Danish language skills are a plus. Salary discussed on experience; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment and tools.
• Attention to detail with strong aesthetic sense.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Follow recipes accurately while adding personal touch; culinary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes.
• Decorate pastries using piping, glazing and icing techniques.
• Ensure products are prepared and presented in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory by ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Train new pastry chefs on techniques, recipes and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to develop new menu items.
