Job summary

VERO MODA Accessories in Aarhus is seeking a Creative Junior Buyer to shape products from idea to final collection, collaborating with experienced colleagues and international suppliers.

You will identify trends, develop concepts, and present collections to internal sales teams while building buying expertise through close teamwork. The role includes travel to Europe and Asia to visit suppliers and gain inspiration.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background within buying, fashion or related field.
• Experience from buying, product development or the fashion industry through a role, internship or student job.
• Strong interest in trends, colours, materials and creative product development.
• Enjoy working with products and numbers and understand the commercial side of buying.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders and suppliers.
• English communication; Danish is an advantage.

Do you have a strong interest in fashion, trends and product development, and would you like to build your buying experience within accessories?

Join VERO MODA Accessories in Aarhus and become part of developing products from idea to final collection. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, sales teams and international suppliers while building your commercial and creative buying expertise.

YOUR TEAM

You will join the VERO MODA Accessories buying team in Aarhus. We are a small team working closely together to develop accessories that combine current trends with strong commercial potential.

You will collaborate with your manager, fellow buyers and sales colleagues as well as suppliers in Europe and Asia. Together, you will follow the products throughout the buying process and ensure that creativity, quality, price and delivery are considered along the way.

YOUR ROLE

As our Creative Junior Buyer, you will be involved throughout the buying process, from identifying trends and developing new ideas to supplier dialogue and presenting collections internally.

You will work hands on with products and gradually build your buying expertise through close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

• developing new products and contributing ideas based on trends, colours and materials
• supporting the development and maintenance of bestselling styles across markets
• working closely with suppliers on product details, prices, quality and delivery
• preparing and presenting collections to our internal sales teams
• following product development and ensuring progress throughout the buying process

The role also includes international travel for supplier visits and trend inspiration in Europe and Asia.

• have a relevant educational background within buying, fashion or a related field
• have experience from buying, product development or the fashion industry, for example through a previous role, internship or student job
• have a strong interest in trends, colours, materials and creative product development
• enjoy working with both products and numbers and understand the commercial side of buying
• are comfortable communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders and suppliers
• communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Danish is an advantage
