The department

Do you want to be part of a place where technology, innovation, and professional pride go hand in hand?

In our component production, we work with exciting and complex projects – and some of the most demanding materials in the industry. Using the latest technology, we create precision, quality, and world-class solutions.

Our factory is among the most advanced in Europe, featuring fully automated multitask and high-precision 5-axis CNC machining. Here, we constantly challenge ourselves to think differently, develop new processes, and increase capacity through intelligent robotic automation.

We believe in Lean – and that small improvements everyday lead to great results. That’s why we focus on flow, waste reduction, and continuous innovation in everything we do.

With us, you’ll become part of a strong and supportive team where collaboration, well-being, and development – both professional and personal – are at the heart of our daily work.

The position

We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional who is passionate about CNC machining and advanced production technology. With us, you’ll work with some of the industry’s most modern and fully automated machines – and continuously develop your skills in an environment where technical expertise, quality, and personal growth go hand in hand.

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who takes pride in precision work and sees the job as more than just a paycheck – you thrive when fine-tuning processes, optimizing performance, and achieving perfect results.

  • Set up and manage tools using our TMS system
  • Program and operate CNC machines based on technical drawings and 3D models
  • Monitor and optimize production on fully automated 5-axis milling machines

  • Maintain a clean, structured, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
What You Can Expect

You’ll join a technology-driven company in growth, where ideas quickly turn into action. We offer an environment with freedom under responsibility, where you have real influence over your workday and opportunities to develop both processes and yourself.

You’ll be part of a self-managing team that takes ownership of planning, quality, and delivery – where professional pride, collaboration, and continuous improvement are part of the daily routine.

Here, you’ll have the chance to advance your technical expertise, work hands-on with automation and precision machining, and be part of a workplace where craftsmanship and innovation truly matter.

The candidate

We imagine that you have a background as a toolmaker, industrial technician, or a similar technical education – and that you are motivated by working with advanced production technology at the highest level.
