Job summary

Poulsen Job & Research ApS is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators for permanent positions in Northern Denmark. This role offers stable employment with a competitive salary of 210 DKK/hour on night shifts, plus holiday pay and pension benefits.

You will be responsible for precision machining of custom-made components and will receive support from experienced colleagues. The position includes a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation.

Join Our Team of Skilled CNC Operators for a Permanent Position in Denmark!

Our international team is growing, and we are looking for experienced CNC Lathe Operators for permanent positions in Denmark. This is not a project-based assignment – we offer stable, long‑term employment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator on DMG Mori machines with Siemens Sinumerik controls

Experience with

• Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a strong advantage, but not required

Job Tasks

You will be manufacturing single‑piece components and very short production runs (1-2 pieces). This is not mass production but precision machining of custom‑made components requiring a high level of craftsmanship and accuracy.

Quality is the company's highest priority. You will receive support from experienced colleagues and work in a partner/shift system, making onboarding and daily work easier.

There are already 4‑5 Polish employees in the team, creating a friendly environment and helping new colleagues settle in quickly.

The company also supports employees who wish to develop their Mastercam programming skills.

Working hours and rates

• Day Shift: Monday‑Friday 06:00 - 16:00
• Night Shift: Monday‑Friday 15:00 - 01:00

Paid Hours

Each 10‑hour shift is paid as 9.5 working hours, as the shift includes a total of 1 hour of breaks, of which 30 minutes are unpaid.

Overtime pay

• Overtime pay: Monday‑Thursday after 7.5 hours worked, Friday after 7.0 hours. Special allowances for weekends and night shifts. See overtime and allowance rates in the table - link.

Night shift from 15:00

Your net salary every 4 weeks with full employment, incl. holiday money, og after accommodation deduction:

Extra to the salary

• holiday allowance, flexible spending account (fritvalgskonto FVK), pension,
• Payroll every two weeks - optional advance of up to 6.000 DKK after 12 days of work.

Accommodation

VICOS arranges accommodation near the workplace. A single room with internet and access to kitchen and bathroom costs 137,55 DKK/day (utilities included) (around 18,33 EUR ). Please note that the rent has already been deducted in the net salary calculation above.
