DFDS is seeking a Country Manager to lead the Netherlands logistics business, driving performance and developing a strong, sustainable organisation. You will steer an experienced leadership team and coordinate across multiple locations to deliver value to customers and growth for the corporation.

You will be responsible for shaping strategy, aligning cross-border activities, and building high-performing teams while ensuring safe and efficient operations across the network.

• Experience leading larger operational and commercial logistics organizations incl. trailer transport, contract logistics and warehousing.
• Availability for frequent travel across multiple European countries is essential.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.

About the role

As Country Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and development of DFDS Logistics in the Netherlands. You will lead through an experienced leadership team and work across multiple logistics activities and locations, ensuring we deliver value for our customers while building a strong and sustainable organisation for the future.

Working closely with your leadership team, you will drive growth, create alignment across the business, and translate strategic priorities into tangible results. You will also play an active role in the wider DFDS Logistics organisation, collaborating with colleagues across Europe and contributing to our long-term ambitions.
