Zusammenfassung

Frontmatec is seeking a Cost & Value Engineer to strengthen cost and pricing capabilities across Meat Solutions Europe. You will develop cost models, analyze drivers, and support pricing decisions to ensure profitable project execution.

The role requires collaboration with Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales and Project Management across Europe. The position offers a hybrid work environment with teams in Southern Denmark and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience within cost structure, engineering, manufacturing, project business, finance, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain cost calculation models for projects, equipment and solutions by analyzing material, labor and manufacturing costs.
• Drive transparency around cost structures and profitability.
• Support quotation and sales activities with accurate cost data.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost modelling processes and tools.
• Develop customer value analyses to support pricing decisions and demonstrate the commercial value of our solutions.
• Identify, frame and drive value creation initiatives across projects and the existing product portfolio through quantitative analysis and cost modelling.
• Facilitate cross-functional value engineering reviews with technical and commercial, translating improvement opportunities into actionable recommendations.
