EET Group is looking for a structured, data-curious Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing Team.
Do you enjoy untangling complex data flows and turning them into smarter, more automated processes? Are you the kind of person who'd rather fix the logic behind a recurring problem than solve it manually every time? And would you like to be part of a strong team that takes its results seriously - without taking itself too seriously?
You'll join EET's Pricing Team, working with the data models, workflows, and logic that determine how pricing flows and updates across the organization. This isn't a hands-on pricing role - you won't be setting individual prices - instead, you'll own the processes and procedures that keep pricing consistent, accurate, and increasingly automated.
Success in this role looks like: pricing processes that run cleaner and faster, with a growing share of routine steps handled through smart, well-structured automation rather than manual intervention.
Education: A relevant degree (e.g. business, IT, data, or similar) - your mindset and curiosity matter more to us than the exact title on your diploma
Experience: No prior pricing experience required. You should be at home working with data, strong in Excel, and comfortable with business analysis methods - or a fast learner of them. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is a plus
Language skills: Professional written and spoken English. You will be communicating with managing directors and many other stakeholder levels - so you should be comfortable in presenting findings and capable in adjusting your style to fit the audience

You take ownership of your work, follow through without needing reminders, and enjoy collaborating across teams to make things click into place.
