Job summary

EET Group is seeking a Pricing Specialist to shape data-driven pricing processes and automation. You will own processes that keep pricing consistent, accurate, and increasingly automated, without setting individual prices.

Join a team focused on building smarter pricing workflows, leveraging data, SQL, and automation to improve efficiency and decision support across markets. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Birkerød is available.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in business, IT, data or similar.
• Experience: No prior pricing experience required; strong data skills and Excel; ERP experience (Navision) a plus.

Responsibilities

EET Group is looking for a structured, data-curious Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing Team.

Do you enjoy untangling complex data flows and turning them into smarter, more automated processes? The Role

You'll join EET's Pricing Team, working with the data models, workflows, and logic that determine how pricing flows and updates across the organization. This isn't a hands-on pricing role - you won't be setting individual prices - instead, you'll own the processes and procedures that keep pricing consistent, accurate, and increasingly automated.

Success in this role looks like: pricing processes that run cleaner and faster, with a growing share of routine steps handled through smart, well-structured automation rather than manual intervention.

The Job

• Manage and optimize selected pricing processes through effective use of pricing tools and data analysis to support decision-making
• Contribute to the development and centralization of pricing procedures
• Identify recurring manual pricing tasks and rebuild them as structured, maintainable, automated flows
• Support the implementation of EET's Pricing Concept, including coordination and collaboration with countries and product management
• Execute and participate in projects and initiatives that promote value-based pricing, including pricing campaigns and activities supporting organic growth
• Collaborate across the organization to increase understanding of and alignment around the importance of pricing, including training and guidance on optimal workflows and pricing processes
• Provide support to the organization through a Pricing Support function

Your Profile

Education: A relevant degree (e.g. business, IT, data, or similar) - your mindset and curiosity matter more to us than the exact title on your diploma

Experience: No prior pricing experience required. You should be at home working with data, strong in Excel, and comfortable with business analysis methods - or a fast learner of them. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision) is a plus

Language skills: Professional written and spoken English. You will be communicating with managing directors and many other stakeholder levels - so you should be comfortable in presenting findings and capable in adjusting your style to fit the audience
