Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues or repairs needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property management team.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance work completed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
