Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Aalborg, Denmark is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee all facets of construction projects from planning to completion.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, review plans for codes compliance, and coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in construction management and at least three years' experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
