Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee the bidding process for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and performance of contractors to ensure work is being completed as per schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all project activities including cost tracking and change orders.
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates changes or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites.
