Job summary

FutureHire is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager in Aalborg, Denmark, to lead construction projects from initiation to completion. You will develop plans, timelines and budgets while coordinating with clients, contractors and architects to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least 3 years of PM experience in construction, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
• Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors and architects
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards
• Manage project resources such as materials, equipment and labor
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them
