Job summary

NovaMart Procurement in Kolding, Denmark seeks an experienced Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries, maintaining quality and presentation while adhering to food safety standards.

The contract includes accommodation during the period. You should be able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed, and bring strong attention to detail and reliable time management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, etc
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries according to recipes.
• Ensure all products are made with high-quality ingredients and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items
