Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials such as steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and site delivery.
• Oversee staging, storage, and just‑in‑time delivery to minimize site congestion.
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies (buffer stock, alternative sourcing).
• Use ERP systems (SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders on logistics performance.
